Hành tây gọt vỏ cắt nhỏ. Nấm hương rửa sạch, ngâm nở, cắt nhỏ.

Cho thịt heo bằm vào tô, thêm hành tây, nấm hương, tiêu, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm và 1 muỗng canh bột bắp vào trộn đều.

Ngắt từng miếng thịt viên tròn rồi ấn dẹt, thêm phô mai vào giữa, bọc lại sao cho thịt bao kín phô mai.
